We are excited to announce the 2010 Milton District Spring Camporee.  The theme for this year's camporee is "The Milton Cup Throwdown".  It will be held on April 23rd - 25th, 2010 at the Woodruff Scout Reservation.  In preparation for the event, we are requesting that each troop send an adult and scout representative to the January 21st Roundtable (7:30pm at Alpharetta Presbyterian Church).  We will be hosting a very critical 2010 Spring Camporee Planning Meeting that evening.  We will be sharing all of the exciting camporee details from the Camporee PLC and will also be asking each troop to sign-up to host one of the pre-defined "Throwdown" competition events as well as take on one of the general camporee roles (i.e., Scouts Own Service, Campfire, Registration, Nocturnal Event, etc).  It certainly makes it easier for the camporee PLC and for the individual troops if we have each troop represented.

Also attached is the Camporee Registration Form.  Completed registration forms are due from each troop by March 26th.
